WOMENS KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP

12 WEEK KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP

APRIL 13 - JULY 3

This is a 12 week bootcamp with classes held twice each week. Excellent for the beginner who wants to learn the basics of boxing and kickboxing. With a focus on heavy bag combs and floor work, you’ll improve your overall balance and coordination, as well as do a bit of body weight strength training. Whether you have been active or not, this is a place for you to work at your own level.  Please note, we do not do any full contact sparring in this class.

Ages 18+. All sizes, shapes and fitness levels welcome! Please consult a physician prior to registering if you have any medical questions.
